License Agreement (EULA)

Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Column Bulk Paste ("App"), which enhances functionality within monday.com by providing a specialized paste function not originally available. By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License Grant
CXLABS Sp. z o.o. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your personal or business use on monday.com.
Restrictions
You may not modify, distribute, sell, or lease the App. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission to do so.
Use of Data
The App accesses data from your monday.com account to perform its functions; however, CXLABS Sp. z o.o. does not collect, store, or share any of your data.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or CXLABS Sp. z o.o. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
Governing Law
This EULA and your use of the App are governed by the laws of Poland, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
